Charlene the Chipette (Janice's Birthday)

Yeah... I have my iPad alert me when it's Ross Sr's, Ross Jr's, and Janice Karman's birthdays...

I didn't have the brains to bring a pencil with me to school, so I used two different pens to draw this.

Charlene is the first Chipette. She was created because a female voice was needed for "The Chipmunks Go To Hollywood" (I think that's the album name...) and appeared in "Rockin' Through the Ages" during the crocodile rock scene. She isn't Brittany, but more of the "Proto-Brittany", and was created by Janice Karman, who created the rest of the Chipettes, and voices them and Theodore.

I have to say, I really look up to her as an animator. I find it absolutely amazing that someone could handle the stress of writing/overseeing production of a movie, voice acting four of the movie's characters, building a house, and being pregnant for the first time! (While Ross helped, he said he had dumped a lot of the stress on Janice...)

I won't be on the internets a lot this or next week. I'm just going to submit this and get off so I can prepare for finals and do make-up work, or I can't go to FanimeCon
